Health

Health is not merely absence of disease - it is true wellness of the body, mind and spirit - a feeling of health, vitality and an ability to go through anything life offers with grace and strength.

These days, most people would love more energy, less stress and overwhelm, better sleep and more happiness.

It will not suprise you to know that to be in order to have these, you need a baseline of:

1. fresh air

2. fresh water

3. nutritious food

4. adequate rest

5. physical movement

Are you getting enough of all of these? If you ever feel sluggish, overweight, tired, stressed or overwhelmed, you may not be, even though you think you are doing all the right things.

As a psychologist, I saw people for years who were struggling with the above and/or challenging relationships, work difficulties, financial challenges, emotional distress and life problems.

No matter what I did to help, there was always something that could not be impacted.  This frustrated me alot.

What prevents our

optimal health?

  1. Our cells are polluted with toxins and impurities 

  2. The food we eat does not provide all the nutrients we need

  3. We are too stressed, causing imbalances in body systems

  4. Due to lifestyle factors, our cells are in oxidative stress

  5. Elements of our DNA are unsupported 

Each day our bodies absorb toxins and impurities from our environment, such as air pollution and chemicals that burden our bodies and can cause us to hold excess fat, feel tired, stressed and lethargic. These toxins enter our cells - every cell of the body. Therefore, everybody needs to cleanse their body  at the cellular level. 

 

Our body has the natural ability to cleanse itself of these toxic impurities, however our organs are so overloaded and overworked that this process does not work efficiently and as it was designed to.   The result for us is often decrease in energy and immune levels,  plus increase in stress, overwhelm and weight.

Five years ago, I discovered a system that impacts each of these elements and impacted my and my clients' health, energy, vitality and mood.  A cleansed and nourished body is stronger, resists illness better, is more efficient and performs at higher levels. Most people experience positive effects on fat and cellulite loss, increased lean muscle and muscle tone, energy levels, mental clarity, concentration, skin appearance, aging, fatigue, stress, sleep, stamina, cravings, and strength.

It is not a diet or one-trick, one-product wonder. It is not a quick fix, although it can work quickly. 

 

The ultimate goal

 

The ultimate goal is to get the mind and body in perfect balance through cleansing the body of toxins and providing it with all it needs nutritionally. The aim is also to move the body from an acidic to an alkaline state and to reduce inflammation in the body. To support the gut, brain and hormones.

 

When this happens, every system in the body improves - from brain health which affects mood and mental clarity, to immune system, to inflammation, to strength, stamina, energy and endurance. What people can acheive when they feel full of vitality and health, with a clear, happy mind, is often unimaginable before they begin.  The impact on not only their own lives, but others closest to them is immeasurable.
